She works closely with all employees and the management team to implement the company’s vision and mission. She is responsible for establishing partnerships and relationships with other businesses and identifying opportunities for expansion and growth. 

Her primary responsibility is to ensure that the company is meeting its financial and operational objectives. Helen oversees the development and implementation of the company’s budget, financial policies, and procedures, and works to increase profitability and drive revenue growth. Additionally, she is responsible for monitoring and managing risks to the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and employees.

Helen is an exceptional leader with a wealth of experience in marketing and digital strategy. With her strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, she has a proven track record of success in leading and growing Bold Craft Marketing. 

Since founding Bold Craft Marketing in 2017, Helen and her team have grown the business to 10+ employees. Daily her incredibly talented team evaluates digital markets, digital environments and infrastructure to deliver winning strategies and communications, leveraging the latest industry technology to analyse, track, and monitor market trends. 

She has extensive experience in B2B and D2C marketing, market research and analysis, and strategic development across both digital and traditional channels. Helen has worked in various sectors, including retail, media, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, tech, engineering, and state agencies, and has a diverse range of market channel experience. She has worked on market entry to the USA, Australia, Dubai, UK and Ireland, as well as nurturing existing markets across all European countries.

She has a strong sense of community responsibility and has held the position of President of the Westport Chamber of Commerce from 2019-2022, and received an Outstanding Young Person Award from JCI Ireland in 2020. Helen holds an Honours degree in Business Management and Marketing, and received two awards for Academic Achievement. Additionally, she has several Google certificates specialising in paid media and a certificate from the UCD professional academy in Advanced Data Analytics for Marketing. 

Passion: 

I am passionate about digital markets and well being within the digital environment. As someone who has worked in digital for many years, I am very aware of the power and impact the digital environment can have; both positive and negative. It is truly, and continues to be, life changing! I want to see the digital environment grow and expand and as technology continues to develop I want to see the safety and well being of humans at the forefront of these changes.  

Personal Touch: 

I lead a fulfilling life by engaging in various hobbies that challenge me to step out of my comfort zone. I enjoy activities such as running, hot yoga, cycling, hiking, swimming, and spinning. Recently, I even participated in a musical, which was a new and exciting experience for me. Learning is another passion of mine, and I frequently read informative books and listen to podcasts about consumer behaviour, neuro marketing, psychology, the latest tech and digital advancements. In my downtime, I cherish spending quality time with my friends and husband, our two dogs Charlie and Tess, our Chicken Roisin, and Goldfish Jeff. Beyond my personal interests, I am committed to sustainability and aspire for our home to achieve complete self-sufficiency, so next up… developing greener fingers. 

Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Manager, Laura plays a crucial role in driving the agency’s growth by spearheading the development of the SAAS arm of the business. With her extensive experience in the digital realm, Laura is responsible for overseeing the entire process of developing, launching, and expanding Social Jam, Ireland’s first UGC platform, into new markets worldwide. Her role involves conducting market research, identifying potential target audiences, and building strategic partnerships with key players in the industry.

In addition to her work on the SAAS arm of the business, Laura is also responsible for growing new business sales for the agency’s digital and web departments. She works closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities, pitch the agency’s services to prospective clients, and close deals. Her strong business acumen and interpersonal skills enable her to build lasting relationships with clients and drive revenue growth for the agency. Overall, Laura’s expertise and leadership are instrumental in positioning the agency for long-term success in the competitive digital landscape.

She holds a Degree in Business and Marketing from GMIT and a Certificate in Google Ads. In her career, she has developed a proven track record of delivering above-market results. 

Laura’s approach to Business Development and Digital Marketing is characterised by her unique blend of creative vision, outside the box thinking, and business acumen. She is skilled at identifying opportunities that others might overlook and developing innovative strategies that accelerate growth. She has a deep knowledge of complex digital marketing environments and how they relate to each other.

Furthermore, Iza is a master of web server and network security settings, ensuring the safety and security of websites at all times. As a Finance Manager Rebecca is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. This includes preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Rebecca works closely with the CEO to make strategic financial decisions, analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations, and ensure that the company’s financial goals are met.

Rebecca has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Rebecca holds an honours degree in Business and Accounting and also received an award for Academic Achievement. 

Rebecca has extensive experience in finance for multiple small businesses in a number of sectors.

In her role as Digital Marketing Manager, Shona leads the Digital Marketing Department with responsibility for developing strategies and creating compelling social media paid and organic campaigns that engage audiences and drive business results. With Shona at the helm, the department excels at delivering innovative and effective solutions to meet the needs of the business. Additionally she is accountable for staff training, ensuring that her team’s skills remain current and that any new changes in the industry are leveraged to create greater efficiencies and deliver rapid growth.

Shona’s extensive background as a retail manager in a fast-paced industry brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her experience in managing teams has sharpened her leadership skills, prioritisation abilities, and deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Her focus is on delivering maximum ROI by closely monitoring and analysing campaign performance, and making the necessary optimizations to drive continuous improvement.

Lorraine works closely with clients to ensure that their business objectives are well understood, and that their campaigns are designed to align with their goals. She also takes responsibility for developing and training our team in the area of Google Ads, and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the platform. Her analytical skills and attention to detail enable her to deliver exceptional results, driving our clients’ business growth and success.

Lorraine brings over eight years of expertise in digital marketing to the table. Her successful background as a blogger, content creator, and social media manager, combined with her management experience in the medical sector, gives her superior sectoral knowledge, allowing her to deliver exceptional growth for clients in this industry.

With a research masters focused on the effects of parasocial relationships between influencers and their followers, she has a unique perspective on the power of influencer marketing and building strong customer relationships.

In addition to her broad digital marketing background, Lorraine has specialised her skills in Google Ads management. Over the past year, she has excelled in this role, delivering exceptional growth and managing budgets ranging from €50,000 to €200,000 per year in global markets. Lúcás is a SEO specialist and is responsible for improving the visibility and ranking of a website or web page in search engine results pages (SERPs). He accomplishes this by optimising on-page and off-page elements of a website, conducting keyword research, analysing competitors, and creating content strategies. His primary goal is to drive organic traffic to a website by increasing its visibility in search engines, which in turn can lead to increased leads, conversions, and revenue. Lúcás stays up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, and continuously adjusts his strategies to ensure that his clients’ websites remain competitive and optimised for search.

Lúcás is a skilled SEO specialist with a passion for Digital Marketing. He holds an MSc in Marketing Consumption and Society from the University of Limerick, where he gained a deep understanding of consumer culture and marketing responsibilities to organisations and society. With a degree in Digital Culture and Communications with Sociology, he also has the critical and analytical skills to examine the relationship between communication, technology, and culture. Prior to entering the marketing field, Lúcás gained valuable experience as a journalist, honing his writing and communication skills. In this position, Laura is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media plans that focus on both organic and paid media. Her ultimate goal is to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our clients’ websites.

To achieve these objectives, Laura works closely with our clients to gain a deep understanding of their brand, target audience, and business objectives. From there, she develops social media campaigns that are tailored to their unique needs and goals. This includes everything from creating compelling social media content, managing social media accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing paid social media campaigns.

Laura is adept at analysing data and using insights to inform and optimise social media strategies. She also stays up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve. In her role, she manages the technical aspects of projects, defining project requirements, setting project timelines, and identifying project risks and dependencies. Dawn motivates and leads the project team to achieve project goals and provides technical support where needed.

Additionally, Dawn communicates project status updates to stakeholders, manages project budgets, and ensures that project documentation is complete and up-to-date. As a junior developer, Michael is a crucial member of the web development team, responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of websites. He plays a critical role in populating content and testing all aspects of a website during and post build, ensuring that it meets the project requirements and quality standards.

Michael works closely with senior developers to implement website designs and ensure that all website features and functionality are working as intended. He is responsible for writing and testing code to ensure that the website functions properly and meets the project specifications. In addition, Michael may be tasked with providing support to clients and troubleshooting technical issues that may arise.

Experience:

In addition to his role as a junior developer, Michael brings with him a strong background in 3D modelling and animation, giving him a comprehensive understanding of computer systems. This background has provided him with a unique perspective on web development and has allowed him to develop a deep appreciation for the importance of user experience and interface design.

Michael is passionate about technology and how far it can advance any endeavour but also has a love of design and building driven by the idea of making something that lasts while also staying in the minds of those who view it.
